Joe G McCann, Director & CEO

Joe McCann has over 30 years experience in the international security industry with a technical background in electrical engineering and significant practical expertise in building and developing geographically diverse and multifaceted product based businesses.

Before founding Alarmcorp, Joe held senior management roles in the United Kingdom and Australia with both Bosch and Siemens with a strong focus on the Australasian and European markets.

Harry B Toukalas, Director

Harry Toukalas has a strong background in global financial services having worked in senior risk management positions in investment banking and retail banking in New York and Australia before leading a European bank in Australia as the Managing Director. He has particular expertise in strategy, sales and marketing.

Harry is a founding Director of the Australian licensed financial and investment group, State Equity.

Cameron Schwaiger has significant practical and technical experience in investment management and the equity capital markets having worked in senior finance positions for local and international investment banks in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has particular expertise in finance, operations and treasury.
