Delivery Information

Upon placing your order you will receive an initial email confirming receipt of your order and the details of that order. Your order will be processed following receipt of payment (prepayment not applicable for purchase orders raised on account).

Your order will be shipped to your nominated address within 2-5 business days (typically same day if in stock, and order placed before 3pm weekdays). You will also receive email notifications about the status of your order including a notice when your order is despatched. You can also check the status of your order online at our website by logging in to your account.

All prices are in Australian dollars and your order is charged in full at the time the order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any delivery details once the order has been placed.
